Q & A

What's the dress code?

Black tie preferred. We'd love for our guests to dress their best—tuxedos or dark suits for men and long gowns for women. The Ladies are encouraged to wear summer color to brighten the festivities! Don't forget your handkerchief.

What if I can't find my handkerchief?

Don't sweat it. We will have extras on hand on the day.

What time does the wedding start?

The wedding ceremony will commence promptly at 6:00 PM. Guests should arrive by 5:30 PM.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Hotel Du Village in New Hope, Pennsylvania, a twentieth century countryside estate, once an all-girls school.

Do you have a wedding block of hotel rooms?

A hotel block is reserved at the Hampton Inn Flemington, 14-B Royal Road, Flemington, New Jersey 08822, a short drive to our wedding site, with transportation services provided for the festivities.

Alternatively, the Logan Inn is just a short five minute drive to Hotel Du Village. Nestled in the heart of New Hope and established in 1727, Logan Inn serves as one of America’s longest continuously running inns, at 10 W Ferry St, New Hope, Penna. 18938.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for guests staying at the Hampton Inn in Flemington, New Jersey.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Onsite parking is available; however we encourage guests to use the provided shuttle service to and from the Hampton Inn Flemington.

How do I RSVP?

Kindly mail the RSVP card included in your wedding invitation.

Is my RSVP card missing a dinner selection?

No. You'll make your dinner selection when seated at the reception.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Dinner orders will be taken tableside. You can inform the server of any restrictions at that time.

Can I bring a plus one or additional guests?

Due to venue capacity, we've carefully selected our guest list. Invitees are those specifically named on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to share our special day with you.

Are children invited?

While we love your children, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only occasion.

What's the weather like that time of year?

The Pennsylvania flora and warmth will be at its peak in late June, so expect warm weather. Depending on the forecast, we look forward to an outdoor wedding ceremony.

ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW?

We’re not saying we’re having a competition for the best dance floor moves, but if you can moonwalk, we’ll definitely notice.
